This form is for submitting nominations or applications for the WSI Excellence in Fiction and Awards for fiction Ezines, poetry Ezines, and low-circulation print periodicals. All nominations/applications are processed privately by WSI members and results are only disclosed in cases where an award is granted. The person making the nomination or application will always be notified of the outcome. Processing may take 2 to 4 weeks. Note: This form can not be used for membership applications.
